Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Mugi account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Mugi app and tap the profile icon on the bottom right of the screen to go to your profile page.
2. On the top right of the profile page, tap thegear icon to open the settings page.
3. At the bottom of the settings page, below the Log Out button, tapDelete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information (name and email address)
• Authentication credentials
• Study progress and usage data (quiz results, review history, streaks)

This deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you are unable to log in or access the app for any reason, you can request account deletion by contacting us atcontact@mugi-app.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and delete it.
